The Optimum
Return Merchant Suite (ORMS) is a state-of-the-art suite of integrated
e-commerce products and services designed to give direct marketers
the highest return on investment. The suite is scalable and is
designed with multiple layers of security on the web site, with the
client data and storage, and with data transfer. Additionally, you
retain access to 100% of your encrypted data, unlike some other
systems. Some of the modules within the integrated ORMS suite are:

Advanced:
Feature-rich web stores with the freedom to easily customize using
common HTML editors.
Web
Templates: A variety of web templates saves time and money on web design and can
be customized quickly to help get you up and running.
SiteSync™:
An advanced, secure system for synchronizing web site data with your
back-end accounting system, such as Mail Order Manager.
ORTrack™: Online
order lookup and tracking module. View detailed order history and easily place reorders.
ORCSR™
Customer Service module. Screen designs and functionality that are
optimized for use by CSRs that interface with the same database as the
regular web site.
ORCDP™
Couponing/Discounting/Promotions module. Discounting and couponing system with single or multiple criteria. Can
be integrated with AdSys to work with external source codes.
AdSys™:
Tracks and gives order conversion rate of source codes from outside
sources, such as from banner ads, etc. Can trigger discounting and
special displays.
Multi-lingual Shopping Cart (currently in custom sites only):
Allows you to have your shopping cart in multiple languages.
Online
Credit Card Processing Module:
Provides for integration with common credit card processing systems,
such as Authorize.net and others.
WebStock:
Manage SKU and associated information and how it displays on the web
site. Changes take effect immediately.
Database
Editing: Allows editing of any database table, such as the shipping rates,
specific triggers for promotions, etc.
Style Sheet
Editor: Gives you the
power to edit the style sheet associated with your site, thereby
having the power to quickly make sweeping graphical changes.
Reporting
Module: In-depth reporting functionality, including web order history,
inventory report, etc.
